Return & Refund Policy

At Silk & Secret, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs, thongs, or bodysuits unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return
Contact us at support@silkandsecret.pk within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us and we will do our best to sort it out quickly.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
